| Jim Bush Jim, the owner and CEO, started his career in 1965 at Wyman-Gordon CO., one of the largest forge shops in the country at that time. After eight years learning the forging business, he moved to Azon Corp, as regional manager, Universal Metals, as Executive Vice President, Kreher Steel Co. as National Sales Manager, and President of B&B Steel before starting American Eagle Steel Co., LLC in 2003. Throughout his career, Jim has stressed service as the cornerstone of any successful relationship. Serving the forging, bolt and hydraulic shafting industries, American Eagle Steel Co., LLC, sells 100% certified domestic steel. In 2005, American Eagle steel moved to it's present location at the former Calumet Steel Co. site in Chicago Heights, Illinois. That 30 acre site is where their sales offices and warehouse distribute carbon and alloy bar stock to the above mentioned industries. Jim has gathered a team of highly motivated professionals eager to serve your bar stock needs.

| Kay Bush Kay is the Office Manager of American Eagle Steel and American Eagle Logistics, and has been with the company since 1996. Kay's position includes coordination of efforts between all departments, distribution of work projects, payroll and creating a good work environment for all employees, plus all duties assigned to her by Jim.
Kay has one son, Jay, who is a US Army Special Forces Green Beret stationed out of Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. She also has one step-daughter, Jill who is married and works at The Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Kay has 3 grandchildren, Scott, Sydney and Sienna through Jill and Jill's Husband, Robert.

| Brian Lukich Brian, while a 4-year veteran with American Eagle Steel, has been involved in steel production and selling for most of his adult life. As the Senior Account Executive, he manages the sales department and coordinates much of the sales training. Brian's personal life involves refereeing for high school volleyball and basketball games and he is an avid sports fan. Brian and his wife Terri, have two sons, Brian (wife Bridget) and Jeff, and one granddaughter, Lydia.

| Derrick Sylvester Derrick is the Transportation Manager for American Eagle Logistics and has worked in the trucking business for 18 years. With his expertise in trucking, he has hired and manages 6 competent truck drivers. With his management skills, the drivers are dependable and work long hours to provide our customers with excellent deliveries. Derrick is married to Connie, and they have 4 children - Malorie, Adam, Grant and Maggie. Both Derrick and Connie are involved in the children's' activities - church youth groups and all kinds of sports.

| Rhonda Combs Rhonda has been working as an Administrative Assistant for American Eagle Steel/Logistics for 1 year. She lives in Indiana with her husband, Fred, and their two daughters, Chelsea, 17, and Chloe, 14. Fred works for AT&T.

| Mike Fleming Mike is new to American Eagle Steel and fits into the "Steel" family very easily and with great confidence. He was born and raised in Canada and now is happy to live in the good old USA with his new wife Lisa. The Sales Department welcomed Mike into the group and has enjoyed his enthusiasm. Mike lives 5 minutes from the Chicago heights office, and in his personal time, he trains for UFC fight challenges.
